Are you a real UK printer or just another online print broker?

We print everything ourselves in-house within our purpose-built facility. We are an award-winning multi discipline printing company, where quality and excellent customer service has always been our main focus and will always remain so.

What printing machine will my artwork be printed on?

Due to the wide variety of products we offer, we use a variety of printing processes, whether this be lithographic, digital, dye sublimation, screen printed or large format. All of our equipment is state of the art and maintained to the highest standard. For more information, please ask for our plant list which we can forward to you.

Do you print on eco-friendly FSC® paper?

Yes. All our papers are FSC® certified, we are a CarbonNeutral® company and ISO 14001 Environmental Management certified. For more information, please see our sustainability accreditations.

What is a fundraising project?

A creative programme that turns children’s artwork into personalised keepsake products such as tea towels, bags, aprons, mugs and cards and much more — helping schools and groups raise funds in a fun, memorable way.

Do I have to pay before I receive my products?

Not at all. You will only be invoiced upon delivery. We always send a paper-based invoice with your delivery, along with which, you will be emailed a digital invoice where you can pay via Stripe, BACS or credit/debit card. Payment is to be made upon receipt of goods following delivery. Please remember we are unable to accept cheques or cash payments.

Can I send the drawings to you digitally?

Absolutely, rather than posting the drawings back to us, you can digitally scan your children’s drawings and send these to us. We can send you a dedicated transfer link that will ensure your artwork is received safe and sound. Please ensure that you send these drawings as a pdf and scan in high quality to get the best quality for your drawings, we highly recommend a 300dpi. Before scanning and sending them all, it would be beneficial to scan one and send this to us to check the quality is at its’ best for printing your children’s designs. Get in touch if you have any problems or questions.

Do you offer free print file templates?

We provide free artwork kits that we send out free of charge, that not only include templates for your children to create their designs, but also include clear instructions about the process from start to finish. If you want a specific design for your printed items, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to discuss your exact requirements to ensure the final result is perfect! Remember we are always here to help, so please just get in touch if you have any questions.

Can I preview my order before it goes to print?

Yes, we will generally send you a pdf before we begin production. Feel free to drop us a line if you have any issues and ask our customer service team any questions you may have before you send your job into production.

Will you charge VAT on my print orders?

VAT is applicable on some items, and there are many that do not apply. We will automatically add VAT on your final invoice to those products that apply and those without will be excluding VAT. If you can claim VAT back, then we can help you with this, just get in touch!

Are you a VAT registered business, if so then what is your VAT number?

Yes, we are a VAT registered business and happy to share our details with you so you can claim your VAT back. When you place an order with Fundraising Creations your email confirmation will automatically be sent to your registered email address. Our VAT number is clearly shown within this email.

I have a specific design in mind and would like your help, can you design this for me?

Absolutely! We also offer a full design service where we can take your ideas and make them into something special. You are in control every step of the way, and we only go ahead with production once you are 100% happy! If you want this service, please get in touch!

What else do you print and produce?

We can print on almost anything, and we’re very proud to say that! We offer a huge print service and can accommodate any requirement whether this be digital print, lithographic, large format as well as mailing projects and sortation. In regards to what we can produce, this ranges from a simple business card or Christmas card, through to case-bound books and folders as well as mugs, cushions, tea towels and hoodies, all the way through to 100m x 2.2m banners. And believe it or not… we can print on any material upto 50mm in depth, no matter what substrate.

Are there any limitations to how much you can print? What happens if I want thousands of printed items?

Other than our textile products (Tea Towels, Bags, Aprons and Hoodies) which have a minimum order of 25 per design, we have no limitations on how much we can print, as we have the equipment and capability on-site to print any quantity!

Can we raise money with these projects?

The School Tea Towel fundraiser has been one of the most popular school fundraising ideas for decades — and for good reason. With no start-up costs, it provides guaranteed funds for your school while offering the potential to raise a substantial amount.

For example, a typical school with 200 children creating one design and selling tea towels at £5.00 each could raise £328 from an order of 200 towels.

Our card projects boast great fundraising opportunities too!

Are you an accredited print company?

Check out the ‘About Us’ page of our site. Fundraising Creations part of Statex, and as such are accredited for quality process standards for ISO 9001, Environmental Management Standards ISO 14001, Health & Safety Management ISO 180001 as well as ensuring your personal information remains secure through the accreditation for ISO 27001 for Information Security Management. Not only that, we are accredited to ISO 12647-2 Colour Management standards, which is a prestigious accreditation in the world of print.

How much do you charge for delivery, and is it more expensive the more I order?

Whether it’s boxes or pallets, you’ll only ever pay a one-off fee of £10 for delivery, no matter how many boxes.

If I order a large quantity, how will it be delivered?

When ordering larger quantities, you will receive your items in strong recyclable boxes. If the number of boxes within your delivery is substantial, then we will ship these to you on a pallet.

Will my items arrive safely and not damaged?

Every order is shipped in either strong recyclable boxes, tubes or padded envelopes. If it’s on a pallet then they will also be wrapped for greater protection. We always use respected and renowned delivery companies and couriers such as DHL. Whilst we can’t guarantee that damage won’t occur, we always pack your items as securely as possible to minimise such risks. Should they arrive damaged then please get in touch and we will work with you to get these issues resolved straight away.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to have your order completed and despatched as soon as possible and the delivery windows are all stated on our templates within the kits we send to you. Please bear in mind that during times such as Christmas we do get extremely busy, so the earlier your order is placed, the faster we can get it produced and delivered to you. We also have to let you know that once products are despatched, we are very much in the hands of our delivery partners and although we send items out on next day delivery, this can be subject to forces beyond our control.

I have a large order and would like to discuss this with your team? Is this possible, or do I have to order directly on the website every time?

In a word, yes! You can call us, email or use the contact form and we will be more than happy to help! This is something that we do on a regular basis, so this won’t be a problem at all. We are setup to print one copy or 1 million, and are uniquely positioned to accommodate every requirement, we don’t like to say no!

Does Fundraising Creations have a policy of inclusion, and do you offer products to help my school’s inclusion and involvement to promote this?

We certainly do and believe there is a need to promote inclusion in all forms across society and within education-based environments.
